Founded in 1974, UTV13 is the oldest college television station in the country and we continue to innovate to this day. UTV broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week on cable channel 13 to over 10,000 subscribers in the University of Pennsylvania Community. The station is run entirely by the students, for the students, with no involvement from any University faculty or staff, giving us a freedom to try things no TV station has tried before...
